We are thrilled to announce the joining of forces of Foothills Health Consultants
("FHC") and Innovative Health Group ("IHG")!
This new company creates a truly unique organization offering proactive health
management for you as it integrates FHC's 33 years of medical and health management
expertise for individuals and organizations with IHG's 12 years of proven personal
fitness and healthy lifestyle expertise. The merge of these two multidisciplinary
teams and their complementary service offerings immediately provides the most
complete spectrum of proactive, integrated health management services and products
available in Calgary.
Now it’s all connected in one caring team looking after you.
Through this joining of forces, IHG’s shareholders Vince Danielsen and Stan Peake sold their ownership to FHC. FHC in turn is owned by parent company Coril Holdings, a Calgary-based private company with deep roots in the city, Alberta and Canada for over 105 years.
Ken Wilson, FHC’s Managing Director, continues in this position for the new organization. Vince Danielsen, formerly Founder and President of IHG, is now Director, Marketing and Business Integration for FHC, reporting directly to Ken. In addition to significantly expanding FHC’s marketing activity, and managing the Business Integration project along with Katie Plintz, FHC’s Director of Operations, Vince will continue to oversee the operations at IHG. Stan Peake’s position continues as General Manager of IHG’s Personal Fitness team, reporting to Vince.
In creating this new and unique company, FHC, IHG and Coril Holdings are enthusiastically committed to refreshing and expanding the pioneering tradition of delivering high quality health management and wellness services to the community. The new ownership structure will invest to anticipate and better meet the growing demand for corporate, family and personal health and wellness programs and services. Who is Innovative Health Group?Established in 1998, Innovative Health Group commenced operations
in Calgary with the goal of changing Calgarians' health and
wellness one client at a time, by appointment only personal
training in their private one-on-one fitness centre. The ensuing
business success saw Innovative become the city's elite and
most diversified personal training team attracting clientele
ranging from the teenage population to seniors, and business
people with diverse health and fitness needs. In 2006, recognizing
the growing demand for a team approach to individual health
results, the company opened the Innovative Personal Health
centre. In addition to our 15 fitness consultants the centre
added the services of physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture
